As a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who is board-certified by the American Credentialing Center (ANCC) with over 10 years of health care experience. Having truly listened to a myriad of the most diverse group of people, over the past decade, has taught me that many of us share similar sentiments, like wishing we could turn back the hands of time…  Many would make better healthcare choices, while others would like to take back the energy, time, love, and finances forfeited in the name of making others happy and direct that same investment of energy and effort into self-love. My passion is to help people start clearing the path to achieve their holistic well-being goals. 

Along with being a certified yoga instructor and a person who is making a conscious effort to enjoy every aspect of life.  My goal is to teach people, that starting with just one step at a time and making small changes they can improve their quality of life. Every individual’s needs will be catered to their unique life experiences but, in some scenarios, changes will start with simple things such as, going outside for a walk, diet modifications, and keeping up with preventative care that is appropriate for your stage of life. My perception of health is not just about taking medication. For me, a healthy lifestyle should be all inclusive of every aspect in my environment that affects me. What is your definition of health?

Only you can determine your definition of happiness. This process starts with being honest with yourself, acknowledging your contribution to your challenges, being ready to get out of your own way, and stop blocking your own blessings. As an adult, only you have control of your tomorrow.
